Nollywood actress, Bisi Ibidapo-Obe who opened her lingerie line and
adult shop, BIO LINGERIE, a few weeks back, opens up with E247mag,
on the insinuations that the store is only for the sale of sex toys,
she laughed it off, saying, “You know what, the uses of sex toys don’t
mean that a person is promiscuous, in fact, reverse is the case. In some
other countries, husbands take their wives to shop for sex toys, so
there’s really no big deal about it because a lot of people need these
things. Anyway, sex toys are not the only things we’re selling. We have
products for children, men and women such as bras, panties, girdles,
body shapers and lotions, men's underwear, bath robes, towels and
others. This store is another source of income for me, because I have a
lot of responsibilities to handle,” she explained.
The fair-skinned actress also revealed that she has spent quite a lot of cash on the venture. “I’ve really spent a lot on getting this shop to where it is. Even the cost of renting the stop is staggering, let alone bringing in goods from different foreign countries such as USA, Canada, London, and Paris. In all, I’ve spent close to N5m.”

Reacting to fears that the new shop might prevent, or stop her from
acting, she stated unequivocally, “I’m not quitting acting; I’m just
exploring other avenues of making money. Acting has taken me this far
and it has come to stay for me,” she declared.
Apart from being an actress, Bisi is also known to have a keen eye for
business as she reportedly has a salon in Ketu and also a thriving rice
business.
The store is located inside the Divine Grace Plaza in Emmanuel Keshi Street, Magodo GRA, Lagos.
