‘If A Woman Hits You, You Have The Right To Hit Her Back’ – Whoopi Goldberg Airs Her Views On The Jay Z-Solange Drama

Respected African-American actress, Whoopi Goldberg, has aired her views on the recent assault on rap artist Jaz Z, by his sister-in-law, Solange.  In Tuesday’s episode of ‘The View’ with Barbara Walters , Whoopi said that Jay Z had the right to hit Solange right back, as it seemed Solange was quite ready for a fight. Hear her;

“I think Solange was quite ready for him to do whatever he was going to do. This is the thing: If anybody hits you, you have the right – I know that many people are raised in a different way – but if a woman hits you, to me, you have the right to hit her back.”

When Barbara her if it was OK for a man to hit a woman, she said:

“If I slap a man, he has every right to slap me back. Every right.”
